What we are looking for
- Significant experience building and shipping great products
- Deep curiosity and ability to dive deep into our customer domain, deriving first principles to solve complex engineering problems
- Concrete understanding of system design, tech debt tradeoffs, and scalable architecture

What you'll do
- Model complex domain-specific systems with elegant backend architectures
- Build autonomous Agents, constantly integrating frontier methods to increase their impact and reliability
- Design and integrate new types of interfaces for human/agent collaboration
- Build enterprise-grade systems that balance speed, trust, and scale
- Own delivery end-to-end: from architecture to shipping with fast iteration cycles
- Work with the following stack (ever evolving): Typescript, Vercel AI SDK / Vercel, Neon / Postgres, Langsmith
- Shape not just the product, but the company itself
